I am the webmaster for 3 different websites. As soon as the renewals are due on the sites I presently host with other companies, I will be switching them to Snap Host. The service I have received from Snap Host is unmatched. Because we live on a 5-square mile island in the Caribbean with limited resources, having a company that not only answers their phone and responds immediately either via phone or email is essential. In addition, their representatives are professional, efficient, patient AND nice. As we also run a very service-oriented company (in addition to a non-profit) so it's refreshing we are aware of what it takes sometimes to remain 'smiling' with customers. During the two and a half years that I have used Snaphost as my ISP, I have found their service to be excellent and efficient. I can only compare to one other ISP that I have used, and in my experience Snaphost is the better ISP. That you can write a query on a variety of subjects and receive a prompt reply, to me is important and indicative of good service.
