| I am the webmaster for 3 different websites. As soon as the renewals are due on the sites I presently host with other companies, I will be switching them to Snap Host. The service I have received from Snap Host is unmatched. Because we live on a 5-square mile island in the Caribbean with limited resources, having a company that not only answers their phone and responds immediately either via phone or email is essential. In addition, their representatives are professional, efficient, patient AND nice. As we also run a very service-oriented company (in addition to a non-profit) so it's refreshing we are aware of what it takes sometimes to remain 'smiling' with customers.
