Thanks for solving my problem. I received the new part today and I'm sure that it will work great. Also, thanks so much for true customer support, something that is rare down here in South Florida. By the way, I mounted the 2 FlounderPro 5000s on either side of my bow and they work well for bully netting.

Just wanted to let you know I received the light (DockPro 10000) and it's fantastic. The water is currently high and muddy so I haven't really fished it. I made a mount for my boat dock which I have attached the light to. It lights up a very large area in the river. Much larger area then any of the other lights I've purchased including the DockPro 3500. I would strongly suggest to my friends on the river to purchase this light over any others.

Message: Just wanted to commend you for the unexpected level of customer service. The light we purchsed last year malfunctioned, and AlumiGlo prompltly sent me a replacement, no questions, no problems despite being out of warranty. It's a rare company these days that stands behind a product when it doesn't have to.

Set the new light up this past weekend, and the fish came running.

Thank you for such a wonderful product. I have above water lights and I don't even turn them on when using your 30W alumiglo lights. If you need a representative/spokesperson in the Outer Banks of North Carolina I would be happy to test any lights for you in different conditions and report them, these are by far the best lights.

Good afternoon,

I'm not too computer savvy so I couldn't figure out how to write a review. I just wanted to email you guys back and thank you for the outstanding customer service after receiving a replacement light. I was not sure my original email was even read and two days later I had a new light delivered. I will be purchasing more lights in the future.
