Required support information

When sending your request please be sure to include the following information:
  • Your name.
  • The website, domain name or IP address you are inquiring about.
  • The page or file that is not working (if applicable).


All requests are answered within 24 hours maximum, usually 8 hours. If you waited longer then one of the following might has happened:
  • Our message could be deleted or moved to a specific folder by your spam-filter.
  • You could mistype your email address.
  • Your mailbox could exceed the allowed size.
